Kevin L. Owens, Chief Executive Officer/Founder; BS; Veteran Police
Officer; Computer Forensic Specialist: is skilled in community policing and
was a member of a Federal Internet task force. His background includes
public speaking on Internet safety, has experience in private business, and
has a business management degree.
Thomas M. Wetzel, Vice President/Founder; Veteran Police Officer;
Certified Law Enforcement Exec: is skilled in community policing and a
ranking officer. His background includes public speaking in Internet safety
and women's self-defense. He holds a black belt in Jujitsu and instructs
children in martial arts.
Kimberly D. Wetzel, Chief Financial Officer: has a business
management, accounting, and photography background. Kimberly has extensive
involvement with children as a mother of three, a PTO school officer, and a
variety of school activities.
Lisa Marie Owens, Director of Marketing; Public Relations; RN, BS,
MBA, CLNC: has a nursing background and education in business management and
legal nursing. Lisa has held various management positions along with
operating a consulting practice. Lisa is also a mother of three children.
The e-Copp team would like to acknowledge and thank the following

bringing the message of e-Copp to children.
